It’s a week to Shout Out Loud and Proud everyone and I would love your continued support on this most awesome journey of mine. I am so excited to tell you all that I am a Published Author, yes you heard that right. It is so exciting. The book, It Starts with Me is an incredible collaboration with the most amazing women. Each chapter tells of past experiences and journey’s that have shaped each one’s lives and who they have become today. There are highs and lows with lots of light bulb moments.

My chapter is titled “People Like You Don’t Go Very Far”, and I know my chapter is going to resonate with many of you out there. It shares my journey of Barriers, Challenges and Being Told No. These are all the things we so need to smash down and break down. You need to do this to able to break free of expectations and let me tell you something, in case you have not heard this before, you have the right to follow your dreams and passions.
